Perfect seclusion
If you're looking for a quiet low key getaway, this is the place. The ability to stay here and go to the sister resort for more of an active scene is perfect. Party it up in the evening at Alexandra and come back to the relaxing area at Blue Haven. Staff at the resort was top notch. Vincent operates a wonderful staff including Natalee, Pedro, Smiley, Garth, and many others. All areas of the resort was kept very clean. The food was very good, but had some limited options and the restaurants had very similar menus. The man made beach was always calm and didnt have to battle any waves or over crowded beach. This is not the place to stay if you want to take a beach walk, it is located beside a private marina. A Wonderful Stay
The stay was amazing! Our rooms were very clean from the time we walked into Blue Haven in Turks and Caicos. The Atmosphere was very nice the ambiance was Everything very Beautiful.The staff there is very nice from the moment you walk in you are greeted with cold towels to cool you off and a refreshing rum punch. The Marina was right by Blue Haven Resort so we didn’t have to go very far to do water sports it was right next door. Omgggggg this resort was so friendly and welcoming!!! Stafff amazing!!!! Resort spotless… amenities was unlimited!! Food unlimited.. The resort has 24hr security.. the front desk makes sure that you safely get to and from your destination. Your never inconvenience when it comes to a ride. They also have a shuttle that takes you to and from their sister Resort. You can book all of your excursions with the resort. No offshore scams or gimmicks!!! They have karaoke night, Friday night, music, live bands, games ect! This was my first time and my forever birthday vacation stay!! My balcony one bedroom suite was celebrity status!!! View was crazy!!! Unbelievable!!!! I would love to give a special thank you to some of the staff members who played different roles on the resort and making this a memorable vacation with their professionalism. Mr. Charles, Stevenson, Pedro, Iquasia , Keno and the young lady who was there 9/25/26 for the weekend taking care of our excursions!! These individuals were strategically placed on this Island! Exceptional Turks and Caicos Experience
From the moment I arrived in Turks and Caicos and was warmly welcomed and checked in by Stevenson, until the moment of my departure, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member I encountered contributed to making my stay memorable. The level of hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and personalized service I received was truly like no other. I would especially like to recognize the incredible individuals who went above and beyond throughout my stay. A very special thank you to Keno, the head of maintenance, driver, and truly a jack of all trades. No matter what was needed, Keno was there to assist with a smile and a willingness to help. His dedication and versatility certainly did not go unnoticed. Coco, Smiley, and Ace did an amazing job providing entertainment and creating such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Their personalities, energy, and enthusiasm added so much enjoyment to the overall experience. I also want to recognize Yessica, Janet, Rodney, Jackson, Brandon, Daphne, Pedro, Nicola, and Gillian, who provided outstanding service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each of them demonstrated genuine hospitality and made every dining experience enjoyable. And then there is Gillian—she is absolutely phenomenal! Her personality, service, and attention to her guests are exceptional, and her drinks are truly like no other. I enjoyed them so much that I wish she could bring her talents to the Washington, DC area! Gillian has a gift for making guests feel welcomed and cared for, and she was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. A special thank you also goes to Patricia at the Tea Shop, whose warm and friendly service added another special touch to my experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kenesha, my massage therapist. She was extremely attentive to my needs and listened carefully as I explained my concerns and what I hoped to receive from my massage. I was initially hesitant about scheduling one, but I am so glad I put my fears aside and reserved an appointment before leaving. Kenesha made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. She is absolutely amazing, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would also like to recognize Shaneka, the Duty Manager, for her professionalism and commitment to ensuring guests were well taken care of, as well as Henry, the security guard, for his kindness and professionalism. What stood out most during my trip was that excellent service was not limited to one person or one department—it was consistent throughout my entire stay. From check-in to dining, entertainment, transportation, relaxation, security, and everything in between, I encountered people who genuinely seemed to care about making my experience special. To Stevenson, Keno, Coco, Smiley, Ace, Yessica, Janet, Rodney, Jackson, Brandon, Daphne, Pedro, Nicola, Gillian, Patricia, Kenesha, Shaneka, and Henry—thank you for your exceptional hospitality and for making my Turks and Caicos vacation one that I will always remember. You are the people who turned a beautiful vacation into an unforgettable experience. I arrived as a guest, but because of the warmth and care I received, I left feeling like family. Blue Haven & T'Ange
We stayed in Blue Haven for 3 days and it was the best because of T'Ange !! She made our stay so much fun and we got to do so much becuase of her.
