Our Stay Aug. 2026 My partner and I stayed at the Blue Haven for 6 nights and 7 days this was my second visit. When we first arrived, there was miscommunication regarding our room. Angie, the assistant manager was very helpful with accommodating us with an upgrade. It was nice to see some familiar and new faces. I will say the service in Fire & Ice was extremely slow. I understand that it's the end of the season but the hotel was fully commented majority of our stay. Gillian, F&B manager was a rockstar! She deserves a raise. Her hospitality is 5 stars, we would come back just for her. Sly took care of us at the bar most nights, he had great energy as well! We enjoyed the fresh juice and smoothies in Cafe Agave. Paradise Perfect for families, kids, and people who like calm surroundings. It is much calmer and less crowded than it’s sister resort at the Alexandra. It’s nice to have access to both, but honestly, I would stay here at Blue Haven over and over again. Such a Great Trip!!! Our stay Blue Haven was an amazing experience. The environment was heavenly and peaceful. We didn’t have to struggle to get lounge chairs on the beach and the five of us were always able to sit together. The food was great, the drinks were never watered down and the staff was the sweetest I have ever cone across in one resort. Yes, it was warm in the Caribbean in August but the breeze kept it sweet. Your Personal Paradise One of the best time/vacation I have had. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We stayed 9 nights and by the end I knew everyone and everyone knew my family. It seemed we had our own little island. The family games at the pool was amazing. Thanks to Coco, Smiley, Tashane, Temara, Natalie (both of them), and everyone else. We Love Blue Haven!! When United and Expedia failed us after United cancelled our original scheduled arrival flight, Blue Haven came through for us! We traveled as a group of 17 and Blue Haven helped make arrangements to accommodate our large group with last minute travel changes (within availability). Much appreciation to the staff for making our 2nd trip to Blue Haven an unforgettable one! Shout outs to Shaneka, Natalee, Stevenson, Smiley, Tishane, Coco, Pedro, Janet, Denilson, Daphne, Anderson - all of these familiar faces that we saw on our last trip in August, 2025. The fact that they all still work here is a testament to the hotel and the way they treat their employees because most resorts have a large turnover rate, but Blue Haven treats their employees and guests like family. Great experience! Myself and 5 of my girlfriends celebrated 25 years of friendship last week at Blue Haven. It was a great experience! We absolutely loved Gillian! She made sure we were very well taken care of a checked in on us throughout the day. Peterlin at the swim up bar was great as well! The pool games are so much fun! TiShane and Smiley made sure we had the best time! We had the two bedroom oceanfront penthouse terrace suite and it was truly amazing. The room was worth every penny. The food at the resort is fine, not the best but we weren't there for a culinary experience. The beach is very calm and we never had a problem finding seats! We will definitely go back.
