The best place we have ever stayed! Blue Haven is the best place we’ve ever stayed!! First, it’s absolutely gorgeous! The view is amazing and the rooms are wonderful! Super clean and they are pretty big. Second, the staff is hands down the best! Smiley, Coco, Natalee, Gillian, Brandon, Dr. K and Angie made are whole trip! They treated us like family and took extra special care of us! They are all so fun! The food is amazing! The staff is amazing! The view is amazing! Wonderful Birthday Get Away We had a wonderful experience at Blue Haven! T-Ange was so helpful in helping us set up our tours. Gillian at the pool bar is fantastic! Blue Haven Resort Review We had an amazing experience at Blue Haven Resort! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special shoutout to Angie, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff deserves recognition for their friendliness, positive attitudes, and genuine hospitality. Everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and was always willing to help. Excellent service and views —you will make memories The staff is so so kind, shoutout to Gillian, Andre, natalee, Peter Lynn, Aiquisha (sorry if I spelled wrong). Hotel is beautiful, open concept that allows a draft to naturally cool the common areas while the rooms are air conditioned. Lots of greenery, cute shrubs, palm trees, flours, lots of photo ops! Every where was very clean, every single staff member was remarkably accommodating and warm, even the ones I failed to mention. One of the best family vacations I’ve ever been to, I hope I can come back soon! Location is not too long a drive from PSL airport, Our rooms were great, and cleaned daily (the kind lady who cleaned our rooms was also fantastic, I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) the view of the beach from the pool is unmatched. I got a lovely massage from Keneisha which wasn’t included but still very very worth it. Very easy to sleep at night, I found the noise level to be alive and invigorating during the day and quiet and peaceful at night—it was perfect. I feel like I got my (parents’) moneys worth! only thing I’d say could be improved upon is some of the food options. I wished there were savory snack options available after all the shops/restaurants have closed. There were some nights my siblings and I were up very late and we had to know in advance to save food from dinner or go hungry later. There’s cookies, apples, and granola bars to snack in the lobby but some chips, salted nuts, jerky or anything that’s not sweet would have been nice. A Gem in the Caribbean Great resort to relax and spend time with family. Blue Haven is quiet and relaxing while their sister property (Alexandria) is more energetic. You stay at one property and enjoy two for no extra cost. This is my second time visiting these properties and I would certainly return. Paradise Blue Haven staff are the best in the business. Gillian, Peterlin, Tania, Pedro, Yessica and so many more! Gillian masterfully supported us and everyone else did too. Room was great (only thing it could use is more hooks, for towels and robes and swimsuits) and the pool was perfect. Steps from private boats and ferry to Noah’s Ark. food was great and supportive of vegetation diets. Drinks were great and made with high quality ingredients. Amazing Trip Our trip to Turks and Caicos has been absolutely wonderful. This is one of those places where the pictures simply don't do it justice. The water is breathtakingly beautiful—without question, the clearest water we have ever seen. The shades of blue and turquoise seem almost unreal, and there is such a peaceful feeling here that makes it easy to slow down, relax, and simply enjoy being together. The best location yet in the ocean. Blue Haven Resort has been a wonderful part of that experience. The property is impressive, beautifully maintained, and has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere that never feels overly crowded or hectic. The room was perfect and always cleaned. It has been exactly the kind of place we were hoping to find. What has really stood out, though, is the staff. We've met some genuinely kind, friendly people who seem to understand that great hospitality isn't just about providing a service—it's about making people feel welcome. The staff has added so much personality and warmth to our stay. We've also been very pleased with the food. The meals have been consistently very good, the drinks have been plentiful, and there is something pretty special about enjoying good food and a glass of wine surrounded by the incredible beauty of Turks and Caicos. For us, travel at this stage of life is about more than simply visiting another destination. It's about finding places where we can relax, reconnect, laugh, make memories, and enjoy some peace together. Blue Haven and Turks and Caicos have given us exactly that. Beautiful water, wonderful people, great food, and an atmosphere that encourages you to forget about the clock for a while. Turks and Caicos is breathtaking. Blue Haven is peaceful. Excellent, flawless vacation Honestly, I do not have the right words to describe the level of luxury and hospitality at this all-inclusive resort. If you are looking for a quiet vacation away from noisy, crazy crowds, then this is the place for you. The suites are very spacious, well appointed, with all luxurious amenities. Suites can easily accommodate four persons. The staff are very responsive and helpful. They even considered and granted my request for a late checkout. There are decent restaurants for lunch and dinner although the breakfast offerings and service could be improved. The 'Salt' restaurant has some great food. Their lamb salad was extraordinary and I would visit just for this item. Plenty of free water sports/activities like kayaking, floaters, water trampoline, lots of entertainment by the pool and at dinner time. It's like having one's private beach which is incredibly warm and clean. We even rented the free bikes and rode around the island. That was an exhausting yet delightful experience! Best of all, is the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Alexandria resort which runs every hour. Ang guess what, all the dining, services, and amenities at that resort are also included!! Superb Customer Service This was resort was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were remarkable, customer service was top notch from Shaneka, Makayla’s and Angi at the front desk; to the workers on beach Micah. Big ups to Woodlynn for being so attentive and helpful with assisting our Mother with her rollator; Tishane was friendly and personable as we enjoyed the pool; Shaq’s service was professional with putting our excursions together even with the slight mishap she stayed in character. Iquesia was personable and fun each night. Although this was off season there was no lack in service.
