Dawn W The staff at Blue Haven Resort made our Cousin's Trip a memorable experience. Food was great and the staff was awesome. The accommodations were exactly like what you see on the website. I also like the option of visiting the sister hotel Alexandria. Kudos to the staff at BH!!!

Amazing Honeymoon I'd like to start by thanking the wonderful staff, everyone was fantastic but a special shoutout to Dio, Wendy, Marsha and Nattalee at the Blue Haven and Forty and Ramone at The Alexandra. We stayed at the Blue Haven Resort which is situated on a water way directly across from an island of mangroves that is home to sea turtles! It's a must to take out some kayaks and see these creatures in their natural habitat! The food for an all inclusive was really good, and the service was top notch! The buffets are nothing crazy, but good! The fresh components at each buffet were our favorite parts; the breakfast had made to order omelets and one of the dinners included grilled jerk chicken and lobster. We ate at the sisters resort restaurant "Black Rock" where they serve your entrees on super hot stones with your food sizzling. We had the filet and tuna steak which were both yummy and the presentation was fun! The restaurant is situated right above the beach with a stunning view of the sunset and ocean. Our favorite place to eat was at the Blue Haven's "Salt" which had a great menu plus pizza! Super good pizza made in a proper oven. Our favorite appetizer was their conch fritters, soooo yummy! The steak oscar was a filet with a crab cake, it was so good I had it twice during our stay. My wife loved their shrimp pasta. This is where we met Wendy, she was a wonderful women and waitress! The poolside bar and grill open for lunch was the place to be during the day. There's underwater barstools in the pool that you can sit at and order your food & drinks from Marsha and Nattalee, both of these ladies were amazing! My wife really enjoyed the activities by the pool that CoCo and here team put on (bingo, trivia, etc.) throughout the day. The use of two resorts was so great for us, because the Blue Haven is smaller and a bit quieter, which we like. But, you can take the complimentary shuttle over to the Alexandra to their absolutely perfect beach situated on Grace Bay. The softest sand and crystal clear water will have you feeling you truly found paradise.Thank you so much to the staff for making our honeymoon so special, we will 100% be back for future anniversaries throughout our lives.

We love this place!! The Blue Haven Resort may not be for everyone but it has consistently met or exceeded all of our expectations. We visit Turks and Caicos often and used to vary where we stayed (we like exploring new places) but we now only stay at the Blue Haven Resort. We enjoy small, intimate places where we can relax and enjoy the sun, sand and ocean without large crowds or everything costing extra. For us the Blue Haven is everything we want in a Caribbean resort. Set in an otherwise residential area with only 35 well-appointed suites and 24 studio apartments, it feels very private even when the resort is full.Getting there – Getting to the Blue Haven is one of the reasons we love the place. It is a direct 3 hour flight from Newark airport and a short cab ride from the Airport in Providenciales. We can take a 9:30AM flight in the morning and beat be on beach by 1:30PM The rooms –The one and two bedroom suites are very large and well-appointed. The studios are much smaller but are also well appointed. The Blue Haven must have been originally a time share or apartments since the one and two bedroom suites are very large, have a professional kitchens and a separate dining area. Our suite had a large balcony facing the ocean with room for 4-6 people. The refrigerator is stocked with cold beverages (beer and nonalcoholic) replenished daily. Also a coffee maker in room with ample supplies.Management and staffWe love the management and staff at the Blue Haven! They could not be nicer or more helpful. This visit was for our 15th wedding anniversary and everyone made sure it was special. When we arrived they had a banner on the door, fruit and a bottle of wine waiting in our room and a towel sculpture in the shape of a heart on our bed. It is very nice to see many of the same staff every visit. We love seeing Natalie (who knows everyone), Marsha, Dio (who is there 24/7), Sly, and Gareth. We were also impressed with some of “newer” people like Will (front desk), Ricardo, Daimen, Alexandria, and our housekeeper Mairobi. The event coordinators Coco and Diea (sorry if we spelled it wrong) are terrific and did a great job of keeping everyone engaged. We have consistently been impressed with the General Manager Francisco. He seems to always be around chatting with the guests and the resort seems to have flourished under his management. The food – The resort is all-inclusive and the food was generally good. The breakfast buffet is the usual fare with an omelet bar. Lunch is usually at Jammin by the sea. While the food is good the menu is limited. Dinner is either at Fire and Ice or Salt. Fire and Ice is more formal with seafood and meat entrée’s. We found the food at Fire and Ice to be quite good. Salt is a bit more casual with more Italian and pizza offerings. The pizza is excellent. One very nice feature is that you can dine at the sister resort the Alexandrea. We dined at that the Black Rock Steakhouse one night and it was quite good and a nice change of pace. The beach – The beach is small but is large enough for the number of guests. It is never crowded. The sand is white and pristine with little to no seaweed.. The water is very blue, calm and warm. Because the resort is located on a channel there is little to no waves or surf. Beach towels are plentiful and there are plenty of lounge chairs on the beach so you don’t have to reserve or “save” chairs early. The pool area is large with plenty of lounge chairs and has a swim up bar. Water sports – They have ample stand up paddleboards, kayaks, float mats and snorkeling equipment for use. There are lots of excursions to choose from at an additional cost. They are easy to book and the marina is next to the resort. T-Aide helped us book the perfect, private sunset cruise. While it was not inexpensive we had a great time with the Moana crew. The Spa – The Elevate Spa is always a must for a stay at the Blue Haven and this year was no exception. The spa appears updated and expanded with a couples massage room available. I had an 80 minute deep tissue massage and it was one of the best of have had. I came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The room was well appointed with soothing music and the therapist was very good. The services are not inexpensive but consistent with other resort fees for this type of service. I would highly recommend the spa.The gym – This is the one area that could use some TLC. The gym is small but probably the right size for the resort. It has 3 treadmills, 3 elliptical machines and a recumbent bike that makes so much noise that you can’t use it. There are also free weights but there are almost no lighter weights. The universal machine has some stations that do not work and some of the handles and pins are missing. You can get a good workout but you have to be a bit creative. All that said we try to use the gym most days but we seldom see others while we are there.

Great Family Vacation We were greeted with a friendly smile, and welcoming helpful hands from TC. We were then given a refreshing Island Rum Punch. Our room was a two master bedroom suite. The living room furniture was very dated, with a very used look. The bed sleep very comfortably and the rest of the suite was excellent. We were not happy with the initial selections of beer and liquor for our mini bars, nor the food, however Fransico, the General Manager, made sure that our every need and request was meet, and exceeded! From the beer, wine, champagne and liquor, to the meals at lunch, dinner and snacks. Every evening was a different dinning experience, which Culminated, with dinner on the beach on our final night. Dayo, Tange, Latoya, Will, Nataliee , Janet, Vannesa all showers us with hospitality, and Professionalism during our stay. All with a smile and can do attitude. This is certainly a reflection of Francisco’s leadership. The beach was excellent for relaxation fun activities. Would definitely return to The Blue Haven Resort.

Best low-key and fun location The service at this resort was amazing. Everyone made sure we were having a great time. Tange got us the greatest boat excursion with Caicos Dream Tours. Deya kept the pool area fun during the day with games. Nattalee and Miguel at the pool bar took care of us. As well as Eugene in the kitchen, Ricardo at the restaurant and bar, Tim at the front desk and Nicola all added to our wonderful experience. Everything was kept very clean and straightened up. Staff took pride in maintaining the facility. Dinner outdoors with the ocean breeze was so nice. Our room was terrific. Plenty of beach front and pool lounge chairs. The water was awe-striking. So beautiful.

Blue Haven Vacation T’ange is the bomb. She is the booker for excursions, but she is soo much more. She is the smiling face at reception, she is the one with the island scoop, and the one who will save you a few dollars. When you don’t know, she is looking after your best interest. She made this trip relaxing and enjoyable. The general staff is also attentive and welcoming.
